Who We Are
Dilapidations Team UK was founded in 2009 to provide dedicated commercial reinstatement services. Since then, we have handed back over 1,200 commercial units across the UK, working alongside major commercial tenants, managing agents, and building surveyors.
Our Approach
We believe in absolute clarity on price and programme. When a lease is ending, the clock matters more than the claim. Our role is to provide the physical works that settle the liability efficiently and cost-effectively.
Our Accreditations
We maintain full SafeContractor and CHAS accreditations, ensuring all site works meet rigorous health and safety standards. We carry £10m public liability insurance as standard for all commercial projects.
